Enchiladas Verdes — 14
Three rolled corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, and topped with salsa verde, lettuce, onions, avocado, queso fresco and two sunny side up eggs.
Huevos Motuleños — 13
A specialty of the southeastern state of Yucatan, served over a bed of refried black beans and a fried tortilla, topped with two sunny side up eggs, salsa roja, Mexican cream, queso fresco, avocado, chorizo and cilantro.
Huevos Ahogados — 13
Two eggs poached directly in a tomato sauce, then topped with cilantro and served with black beans and tortillas.
Huevos Divorciados — 13
A signature dish from the central Mexican cuisine: two sunny-side up eggs, on top of a bed of refried black beans and a fried tortilla, covered with a red chipotle sauce on one side and a tomatillo sauce on the other, "divorcing" the two eggs.

For the ones in love with the authentic Mexican food. Beef stomach (tripe) cooked in a guajillo pepper broth, and topped with chopped onions, cilantro, oregano and crushed red chili peppers. Served with a side of tortillas and lime.
